Raaklijn is a multi-year project exploring the ever-shifting boundary between Oerol festival and the protected natural landscape of Terschelling. We call this boundary the raaklijn. Over the course of four years, Rita Hoofwijk passes the project on to artists from different disciplines. During Oerol 2027, Valentina Stepanova will undertake a residency on the island as the next artist in this evolving exchange.
